Viva Oliva Six 60ml Olive Oil & Balsamic Gift Set — 3 Infused EVOOs + 3 Aged Balsamics, Premium

Viva Oliva Six 60ml Variety Gift Set is a curated tasting collection of three ultra-premium infused extra virgin olive oils and three all-natural balsamic vinegars in 2oz bottles, packaged as a ready-to-give gourmet gift.

This set brings together Viva Oliva's most-loved flavors — Tuscan Herb, Basil, Wild Mushroom & Sage infused oils — paired with Traditional 18 Year, Grapefruit White, and Black Mission Fig balsamic vinegars. Each 60ml (2oz) bottle is sealed and labeled in Santa Barbara, California, offering a compact, giftable way to sample high-grade olive oils and vinegars without committing to full-size bottles. The ingredients list is simple and natural: no preservatives, no artificial colors, no added sugars, gluten-free and GMO-free.

How will these oils and vinegars change everyday cooking?

Use the set to add instant flavor depth to salads, roasted vegetables, grilled proteins, and even desserts. Infused olive oils introduce herbaceous and savory notes while the balsamics provide acidity and sweetness that balance dishes. The concentrated flavors mean a little goes a long way, so you can experiment without overpowering recipes.

• Finish salads with Tuscan Herb oil + Traditional 18 Year balsamic for classic Italian flair.
• Drizzle Basil oil over caprese or pasta for fresh, green aromatics.
• Pair Wild Mushroom & Sage oil with roasted mushrooms or pork for earthy richness.
• Use Grapefruit white balsamic for bright vinaigrettes and seafood glazes.

What makes Viva Oliva’s infused oils and balsamics premium?

Viva Oliva adheres to an ultra-premium standard across its extra virgin olive oils, including the infused varieties, ensuring careful blending and quality control. Balsamics in this set range from a matured 18-year traditional vinegar to fruit-forward white and fig-aged options, offering texture and complexity. All products are crafted and packaged in-house in Santa Barbara, emphasizing traceability and freshness.

• Ultra-premium extra virgin base for each infused oil.
• Traditional 18-year balsamic for depth and natural sweetness.
• Small 60ml bottles allow tasting multiple flavors without waste.
• Made, bottled, and labeled at Viva Oliva’s California facility.

How do I use each pairing suggested on the box?

Viva Oliva recommends three pairing ideas printed on the packaging to guide quick and reliable flavor matches. These combinations are designed to highlight complementary notes: herbaceous oils plus aged balsamic, earthy oil with bright citrus balsamic, and sweet fig balsamic paired with fresh basil. Each pairing suits specific dishes, from salads and bruschetta to roasted vegetables and cheese boards.

• Tuscan Herb oil + Traditional 18 Year balsamic: salads, crostini, marinades.
• Wild Mushroom & Sage oil + Grapefruit white balsamic: roasted mushrooms, seafood.
• Basil oil + Black Mission Fig balsamic: caprese, fruit-forward cheese plates.
• Experiment by swapping oils and vinegars to find new favorite combinations.

How should I store and serve these 60ml bottles for best flavor?

Keep bottles in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve the oils’ freshness and the balsamics’ balance. Once opened, use within a few months for peak flavor; small bottle sizes help minimize oxidation and waste. For serving, use a small pourer or spoon to control the amount — these concentrated flavors are meant to enhance, not overpower.

• Store in a pantry or cabinet away from stove heat.
• Use within months after opening for best aroma and taste.
• Small pourers or droppers allow precise finishing touches.
• Gift box includes protective packaging for travel and presentation.
