SPICEWALLA Amore Italian Seasoning 1.8 oz — Garlic-Basil Blend for Pizza, Pasta & Sauces

Spicewalla Amore is a 1.8 oz rustic Italian seasoning blend built to brighten pizzas, pastas, sauces and salads with a balanced mix of garlic, basil, oregano and warm spices.

Made in small batches by chef-driven Spicewalla, Amore combines minced garlic and onion with Mediterranean herbs, cracked pepper and a touch of chili for a versatile pantry staple. The formula focuses on recognizable, high-quality ingredients—non-GMO, gluten-free, and free of artificial flavors—so you get vibrant savory notes without unnecessary additives. It’s packaged to give you consistent seasoning every time, whether you’re finishing a homemade marinara or seasoning a salad dressing.

How will Amore change my homemade pizza and pasta recipes?

Amore adds aromatic top notes and a savory backbone so sauces and baked dishes feel more layered and restaurant-like. Use it during cooking to infuse oils and sauces, or sprinkle at the end for a fresher herbal hit.

• Sprinkle on pizza before or after baking for garlicky-herbal flavor.
• Add a teaspoon to simmering marinara to deepen the sauce.
• Stir into finished pasta with olive oil for an instant tossed dish.

What exactly is in the blend and why does it taste bright?

The blend pairs minced garlic and onion with basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram and rosemary, plus black pepper and chili flakes for subtle warmth. Kosher salt and granulated garlic amplify savory notes, while the medley of Mediterranean herbs keeps the profile fresh and aromatic.

• Key herbs: basil, Mediterranean oregano, thyme, marjoram, rosemary.
• Aromatics and heat: minced garlic, granulated garlic, minced onion, black pepper, chili flakes.
• Finishing touch: kosher salt to balance and boost flavors.

How should I use it across meals and occasions?

Amore is intentionally flexible: it seasons sauces, dressing, roasted vegetables, and proteins. Measure conservatively at first—one teaspoon per two servings is a reliable starting point—then adjust to taste.

• Stir into dressings and vinaigrettes for instant herb flavor.
• Mix with olive oil as a dipping oil for bread or bruschetta.
• Rub on chicken, roasted vegetables or fish before cooking for savory crusts.

Why choose Spicewalla’s small-batch approach?

Small-batch roasting, grinding and packing preserves the volatile oils that carry aroma and taste, so the spice blend arrives brighter than mass-produced alternatives. The company sources whole spices often and processes orders quickly to limit time on the shelf and maintain freshness.

• Small-batch production maximizes aroma retention and flavor.
• Chef-developed recipes from an award-nominated background ensure balanced blends.
• Non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients for simple pantry labeling.

Who is this for? Home cooks who want an easy, authentic-tasting Italian herb blend without artificial ingredients will appreciate Spicewalla Amore. It’s ideal for busy weeknight cooks who need a reliable go-to seasoning, weekend chefs wanting a flip-it-on finishing herb, and anyone building a chef-quality pantry. If you make pizza, pasta, vinaigrettes, or roasted dishes regularly, this small-batch jar delivers consistent, vibrant flavor with minimal fuss.
