SAENA BAKING CO Pure Bulgarian Rose Extract 2 oz — Concentrated Food‑Grade, 200–300 Servings

Angel Bake Pure Bulgarian Rose Extract is a concentrated, food‑grade rose flavor made from steam‑distilled Rosa damascena that delivers 200–300 servings in a 2 oz bottle.

This 2 oz amber bottle contains a potent, clean‑label rose extract sourced from Bulgaria's Rose Valley, distilled from handpicked flowers at dawn for the freshest aromatic profile. It was created for cooks, bakers, bartenders, and home chefs who want genuine Damask rose character without added sugar or artificial ingredients. The extract is versatile enough to flavor pastries, confections, beverages, syrups, and savory dishes when used sparingly.

How strong is this rose extract and how much should I use?

Angel Bake is highly concentrated compared with typical grocery extracts, so a few drops are usually sufficient. Start with the lower end of the suggested ranges and adjust to taste; potency will vary by application and recipe size.

• 4–5 drops per cup of batter or frosting for a delicate rose note.
• 3–5 drops per 12 oz drink; 8–10 drops per cup when making rose syrup.
• One bottle yields roughly 200–300 servings depending on use.

What culinary uses does this Bulgarian rose extract support?

The extract pairs with a wide range of sweet and savory preparations across multiple cuisines. It works well in recipe types that traditionally use rosewater or rose syrup and is also suited to modern applications like cocktails, chocolate, and dairy desserts.

• Confections: Turkish delight, baklava, macarons, and Bulgarian rose jam.
• Drinks: rose lattes, lemonades, cold brew, and floral cocktails.
• Desserts & baking: custards, buttercreams, ganache, ice cream, and gulab jamun.

Is the extract clean label and safe for food use?

Yes — the formula is food‑grade and made without synthetic flavors, added sugar, preservatives, or common additives. It meets multiple production and safety standards and is suitable for various dietary preferences.

• No artificial colors, WONF, BHT, or propylene glycol.
• Kosher PAREVE, non‑GMO, vegan, gluten‑free; made with organic ingredients.
• Produced in an FDA‑registered, NSF GMP‑HACCP facility and meets FEMA GRAS flavoring standards.

How do I make rosewater or rose syrup with this extract?

This bottle replaces prepackaged rosewater and many commercial syrups while letting you control sweetness and intensity. Simple measurements yield consistent results for beverages or baking preparations.

• Rosewater: mix 1 part extract with 5–6 parts water and taste for strength.
• Rose syrup: dissolve chosen sweetener in hot water, then add roughly 8–10 drops per cup.
• Alternatively, add drops directly to melted chocolate or simple syrup for finishing touches.

Who is this for: Angel Bake Pure Bulgarian Rose Extract is ideal for professional bakers, boutique confectioners, cocktail bars, and home cooks who want an authentic Damask rose aroma without added sugars or synthetic ingredients. It's especially useful for anyone making traditional Middle Eastern, Indian, or European rose‑flavored recipes, and for creators seeking a reliable, concentrated flavoring to scale recipes while maintaining a clean label.
