How should I brew Rishi Tea Earl Grey Supreme for best flavor?

To bring out the blend's full-bodied black tea character and the floral brightness of bergamot, measure and steep carefully. Use slightly cooler-than-boiling water and a consistent steep time to avoid over-extraction and bitterness.

• Use 1.5 tablespoons (about 3–4 grams per 6–8 oz) per 12 oz of water
• Heat water to roughly 200°F (just off boiling)
• Steep for about 4 minutes, then strain
• Adjust leaf amount or steep time for stronger or milder cups

What flavor profile and aroma can I expect from this Earl Grey?

Expect a robust black tea backbone softened by the fragrant citrus of real bergamot oil. The result is a smooth, rounded cup with floral top notes and a pleasing citrus finish that complements milk or lemon additions.

• Full-bodied black tea base for depth and warmth
• Real bergamot imparts authentic citrus-floral aroma
• Balanced finish—bright without harshness
• Works well with or without milk and sweeteners
