Massel Chicken Style Bouillon Cubes 70-Pack — No Added MSG, Vegan

Massel Chicken Style Bouillon Cubes are a 100% plant-based, allergen-friendly stock cube that creates a rich chicken-style broth without added MSG.

These bulk 10 x 7-packs (70 cubes) are made in Australia from natural ingredients and designed to replace conventional chicken stock in soups, sauces, risottos and marinades. Each cube dissolves to make up to two cups of savoury stock, giving you an easy, shelf-stable way to add depth of flavour to everyday cooking while avoiding common allergens and animal products.

How do these cubes deliver a chicken-style flavour without meat?

Massel crafts an umami-rich blend of vegetable extracts, herbs and spices to mimic the savoury profile of traditional chicken stock. The formulation focuses on natural flavour compounds and salt balance so dishes still gain the familiar roast-and-broth notes chefs expect.

• Vegetable-based flavouring that recreates savory chicken notes
• Balanced salt and seasoning for immediate depth
• Dissolves quickly for instant broth or stock base

Are these cubes suitable for people with allergies or dietary restrictions?

Yes — these bouillon cubes are free from common allergens and contain no added MSG, making them a practical option for many restricted diets. They are gluten free, dairy free, certified Low FODMAP, and also vegan-friendly.

• No added MSG and free from dairy
• Gluten free and certified Low FODMAP

How much stock does one cube make, and what can I use it for?

Each cube makes up to two cups (about 500 mL) of stock when dissolved in hot water, so a 70-cube bulk pack covers many recipes and batches. Use the stock for soups, casseroles, risottos, gravies, braises, marinades or to boost sauces — it’s a versatile pantry staple.

• One cube = up to two cups of stock
• Ideal for soups, stews, sauces, risottos and marinades
