Crafted to mirror the bright, dry profile of a classic white rum, Lyre’s White Cane Spirit is an award-winning, non-alcoholic option for anyone who wants full cocktail flavor with minimal calories and no alcohol. This 700ml screw-cap bottle delivers layered aromas of sugar cane, toasted oak, coconut and citrus peel and finishes clean and dry, making it ideal for shaken and stirred recipes alike. It’s vegan, gluten-free and low in both calories and sugar, giving you a genuine rum experience for mindful sipping, designated driving, or sober-curious entertaining.

How does this non-alcoholic rum taste compared to traditional white rum?

The spirit aims to echo the aromatic and structural elements of white rum without ethanol. Expect sugar-cane sweetness up front, a subtle coconut/oak mid-palate and a citrus-lift that keeps the finish crisp and dry. It’s tuned for mixing so its profile sits well in cocktails rather than demanding solo sipping.

• Top notes: fresh sugar cane and citrus zest.
• Mid-palate: gentle coconut and toasted oak nuance.
• Finish: clean, dry, cocktail-friendly balance.
• Designed to blend into classic rum recipes without overpowering.

What cocktails can I make with Lyre’s White Cane Spirit?

Use it wherever a white rum would normally appear: anything from mint-forward mojitos to frozen piña coladas. Because the liquid is low-calorie and low-sugar, you can adjust mixers to taste and still keep drinks light. It performs well in shaken, stirred and blended formats.
