Lyre's Gin Alternative Non-Alcoholic Gin (Dry London) – Juniper-Led, Citrus-Bright Mixer

Lyre’s Gin Alternative is a zero-proof spirit crafted to reproduce the classic London Dry gin experience—juniper-led, citrus-bright and dry—without alcohol.

Designed as a like-for-like stand-in for traditional gin, Lyre’s Dry London Spirit recreates familiar botanical layers so you can mix classic cocktails or enjoy a straightforward G&T with none of the alcohol and very few calories. Awarded for taste and innovation, this alcohol-free gin alternative aims to deliver the aromatic complexity and dry finish that bartenders and mindful drinkers appreciate, while remaining vegan, gluten-free and low in calories.

How does Lyre’s Gin Alternative mimic classic gin flavor?

Lyre’s recreates the backbone of London Dry gin by emphasizing juniper alongside citrus and spice notes. The result is a balanced botanical profile with a dry finish that supports common cocktail formats without overpowering them.

• Dominant juniper character to emulate gin’s signature aroma.
• Zesty citrus top notes for brightness and lift.
• Warm pepperberry and subtle spice for depth and a dry finish.
• Formulated to blend into mixed drinks just like traditional gin.

What cocktails work best with Lyre’s as a direct swap?

Lyre’s is intended to be a 1:1 replacement for gin in most recipes, making it easy to use in familiar cocktails. It supports classic structures—spirit, bitter, vermouth or tonic—so your go-to serves keep their shape and balance without alcohol.

• Gin & Tonic: preserves juniper-citrus interplay and a refreshing finish.
• Martini-style serves: dry and aromatic base for vermouth and garnishes.
• Negroni alternatives: holds up against bitter and sweet components.
• Creative mocktails: mixes cleanly with syrups, bitters and citrus.

How does it fit into low-calorie and allergen-conscious diets?

Lyre’s is very low in calories—about 3 calories per serve—while being free from common allergens and animal products. That makes it a practical choice for people prioritizing calorie control, plant-based living, or gluten-free options without sacrificing drink complexity.

• Approximately 3 calories per serving for lower-calorie drinking.
• Vegan-friendly formulation—no animal-derived ingredients.
• Gluten-free and made without declared common allergens.
• Suitable as a mindful alternative for low- and no-alcohol lifestyles.

How should I store and serve Lyre’s for best results?

Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place and cap it tightly after use; there’s no need for refrigeration, but chilling before serving enhances brightness. Serve over ice with tonic or in stirred cocktails to showcase the botanical clarity and dry finish.

• Store upright in a cool, dark cupboard or cellar.
• Chill before serving to sharpen citrus notes and refresh mouthfeel.
• Use in a 1:1 substitution for gin in recipes for consistent balance.
• Garnish thoughtfully (e.g., lemon peel, cucumber or rosemary) to complement botanicals.

Who is this for: Lyre’s Gin Alternative is aimed at anyone wanting the aroma and structure of gin without alcohol—people reducing intake, hosting inclusive gatherings, or experimenting with sophisticated mocktails. It’s also fitting for chefs, bartenders and home mixologists who need a reliable, low-calorie botanical base that integrates seamlessly into classic and contemporary cocktails.
