Each serving was formulated to be mixed with water or a favorite non-dairy milk, or blended with fruit for a customizable smoothie. The recipe focuses on clean, recognizable components like water‑washed soy, chickpea, pea and rice proteins plus ancient grains and sprouted greens to create a balanced, vegan option for busy routines.

What is in a Complete by Juice Plus+ French Vanilla shake?

Each packet blends a variety of plant-derived proteins, fiber sources, and sprouted greens rather than relying on a single ingredient. The composition aims to supply satiating protein, prebiotic fiber, and nutrient-dense components from whole-foods and grains.

• Plant protein mix: water-washed soy, chickpea, pea and rice proteins
• Ancient grains: amaranth, millet and quinoa for texture and nutrients
• Sprouts and greens: radish, broccoli and alfalfa sprouts added for phytonutrient diversity
• Prebiotic fibers and other supportive ingredients to aid digestion and fullness

How do I prepare a single-serve French Vanilla shake quickly?

Preparation is designed to be simple for mornings, travel or a post-workout boost. You can mix the powder directly with cold water, non-dairy milk or juice, or toss it into a blender with fruit for a thicker smoothie.

• Shake method: add one packet to 8–12 oz cold water or plant milk and shake well
• Blender option: blend with ice and fruit for a creamier texture
• On-the-go tip: empty a packet into a reusable shaker bottle for fast mixing
• Serving flexibility: adjust liquid amount to control thickness and taste

Who should use Complete by Juice Plus+ shakes and when?

These shakes are for anyone looking for a plant-forward, convenient nutrition option without dairy or gluten. They fit well as a quick breakfast replacement, mid-day snack, or light meal addition when time is limited.

• Busy professionals needing portable nutrition between commitments
• Vegetarians and vegans seeking varied plant protein sources
• Active people wanting a quick, post-exercise protein option

What makes French Vanilla different from other flavors?

The French Vanilla variant focuses on a smooth, subtly sweet vanilla profile that mixes well with fruits and spices. It’s created to be versatile: pleasant on its own with water or as a neutral base for smoothies and recipes.

• Balanced vanilla flavor that complements other additions like berries or cocoa
• Mild sweetness suitable for mixing with unsweetened plant milk
• Neutral profile works in shakes, bowls or baked recipes
