Joffrey's Disney Stitch Coconut Craze is a medium-roast Arabica ground coffee flavored with creamy coconut and graham-cracker notes, crafted to deliver a sweet, playful cup inspired by Disney’s specialty collection.

This limited-edition blend brings the whimsy of Disney and the craft of Joffrey's Roastmaster into a single 11oz bag of ready-to-brew ground coffee. Made from responsibly sourced Arabica beans and roasted-to-order, the profile balances smooth medium-roast body with pronounced coconut sweetness and a subtle toasted-biscuit finish. It’s part of Joffrey's Disney Specialty Coffee Collection, designed to recreate resort-quality flavors at home for fans and everyday coffee drinkers alike.

What flavor profile should I expect from Coconut Craze?

The cup opens with creamy coconut top notes layered over a medium-bodied roast. Midpalate reveals graham cracker-like sweetness and light toasty undertones, leading to a smooth, slightly lingering finish without overpowering bitterness. This makes it approachable for flavored-coffee fans and those who like dessert-forward brews.

• Primary tasting: creamy coconut
• Secondary notes: graham cracker/toasted biscuit
• Roast level: medium—balanced acidity and body
• Finish: smooth, mildly sweet

How should I brew this ground coffee for best results?

Because it’s pre-ground and medium-roast, it works well with automatic drip brewers, pour-over cones, and French press if used quickly. Match water temperature around 195–205°F and use a coffee-to-water ratio that fits your taste—commonly 1:15–1:17 by weight for balanced strength. Store unopened bags in a cool, dry place and use within weeks of opening for optimal aromatics.

• Recommended methods: drip, pour-over, French press
• Suggested ratio: 1:15–1:17 coffee to water
• Water temp: 195–205°F for best extraction
• Storage: keep sealed, away from heat and moisture

Is this coffee sustainably sourced and what makes the Disney partnership special?

Joffrey’s emphasizes responsible sourcing, working with farming partners who meet fair-labor and quality standards to produce high-grade Arabica beans. The Disney Specialty Coffee Collection is the result of direct collaboration between Joffrey’s Roastmaster and Disney chefs, aiming to capture park-inspired flavors while maintaining roasthouse craft. That collaboration ensures the flavor evokes Disney experiences while meeting Joffrey’s quality benchmarks.

• Bean type: 100% Arabica for cleaner, nuanced flavor
• Sourcing: responsibly farmed regions with fair practices
• Collaboration: Roastmaster and Disney chefs designed the profile
• Roasting: artisan, roast-to-order for freshness

How does this blend fit into daily routines or special occasions?

Coconut Craze is flexible: it brightens routine mornings for flavored-coffee lovers and serves as a playful option for brunches or dessert pairings. Its sweeter profile pairs well with pastries, tropical breakfasts, or as a flavored base for iced and specialty drinks. Because it’s medium-roast and not overly intense, it can be enjoyed black or with milk and sweeteners.

• Daily: friendly, dessert-like morning cup
• Social: great for themed gatherings or brunch
• Pairings: pastries, coconut-forward desserts, iced lattes
• Serves: black, with milk, or in specialty recipes
