ILIOS Raw Organic Honey 2-Pack — 22 oz Unfiltered, Unpasteurized Jars with Natural Enzymes

This raw organic honey from Y.S. Eco Bee Farms is delivered in sturdy jars and left unpasteurized and unfiltered to preserve the natural qualities beekeepers intended. It keeps pollen, enzymes, and flavor compounds intact, so you get a sweetener that often crystallizes naturally as a sign of minimal processing. Packaged in two 22 oz jars, this option blends pantry longevity with value for anyone who uses honey regularly in beverages, recipes, or as a table sweetener.

How is this honey processed and why does that matter?

The honey is never heated to high temperatures or heavily filtered, which helps retain delicate enzymes, volatile aromatics, and traces of pollen. Minimal handling keeps the texture and color closer to what comes from the hive, and natural crystallization can occur over time. This approach aims to preserve the honey’s original characteristics rather than creating a uniform supermarket product.

• Unpasteurized: no high-heat treatment used.
• Unfiltered: pollen and microscopic particles remain.
• Jar packaging: protects flavor and allows for easy storage.
• Natural crystallization is normal and reversible by gentle warming.

What are the best ways to use Y.S. Eco Bee Farms raw honey?

Raw honey is a flexible ingredient you can add to hot or cold drinks, baking recipes, or spoon directly onto foods. Because it has a robust flavor and thicker texture than processed honeys, a little goes a long way when sweetening tea, drizzling over yogurt, or using in marinades and dressings. Its jar format also makes portioning and storage convenient for daily use.

• Sweeten tea or coffee—stir in at lower temperatures to preserve enzymes.
• Bake or glaze—use in sauces, marinades, and desserts for depth of flavor.
• Spoonful on breakfast bowls—excellent over yogurt, oatmeal, or toast.
• Direct use—serve as a natural table sweetener during meals.

Will this honey crystallize and how do I return it to liquid?

Crystallization is a natural process for unprocessed honey and indicates minimal refinement rather than spoilage. If your jar becomes thick or grainy, gently warming the sealed jar in a warm water bath will dissolve crystals without damaging flavor. Avoid microwaving or boiling, which can overheat the honey and change its taste and texture.

• Crystallization is normal for raw, unfiltered honey.
• Warm water bath restores liquid consistency safely.
• Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight to slow crystallization.
• Avoid extreme heat to preserve natural qualities.

How does the two-pack offer help with value and storage?

Buying two jars at once reduces the need for frequent repurchases and ensures you have a ready supply for household use. The durable glass jars are stackable and resealable, making them practical in a pantry while protecting honey from moisture and odors. Extra supply is handy for entertaining, cooking in larger batches, or sharing with family members.

• Economical two-pack reduces per-ounce cost.
• Resealable jars maintain freshness between uses.
• Good quantity for families, frequent bakers, or gift-giving.
• Long shelf life when stored properly at stable temperatures.
