How do I use tart cherry powder in my morning routine?

Stirring a scoop into morning smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal brightens flavor and color while delivering concentrated dried tart cherry into your day. It blends smoothly with milk, plant milks, or juices and pairs well with banana, almond butter, and cinnamon for balanced taste.

• 1 scoop in smoothies yields a vibrant red color and tart note.
• Mix into yogurt or oatmeal for quick flavor and texture.
• Combine with protein powder or nut butter for fuller-bodied shakes.

Can I bake with Gya Tea Co tart cherry powder?

Yes — the powder disperses evenly in batters and doughs, contributing a gentle cherry essence and natural pigment without adding liquid. Use it in muffins, cakes, pancake mixes, or homemade granola to introduce a subtle fruit character and consistent color throughout the baked item.

• Fold into dry mixes for muffins or pancakes for even flavor distribution.
• Stir into frosting or glazes for natural cherry tint and taste.
• Incorporate into energy bites or bars for an easy fruity addition.

What are practical serving ideas for workouts and snacks?

You can add tart cherry powder to post-exercise shakes, hydration drinks, or simple water mixes to vary flavor and color without adding bulk. It works well blended with coconut water, protein, or greens powders to make a more flavorful recovery or snack drink.

• Add to post-workout protein shakes for flavor variety.
• Stir into coconut water or iced tea for a fruity refresher.
• Mix with nut butter and oats to form no-bake energy bites.

How should I store and measure the powder for best results?

Keep the powder sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain color and flavor. Use a level teaspoon or the included scoop for consistent portions — the 0.55 lb jar yields roughly 35 standard servings depending on your scoop size.

• Reseal after each use to prevent moisture exposure.
• Use a dry spoon to measure and avoid clumping.
• Refrigeration is optional once opened but not required if kept dry.
