Dallmayr Prodomo Ground Coffee 2-Pack 17.6 oz — 100% Highland Arabica, Smooth Full-Bodied Flavor

Dallmayr Prodomo Ground Coffee is a premium German blend of highland Arabica beans, refined to reduce irritants while preserving full-bodied flavor and caffeine.

Originating from one of Germany's most respected coffee houses, Dallmayr Prodomo is crafted from carefully selected Arabica beans grown at high elevations. The beans are roasted and processed to emphasize a rich, balanced cup with smooth aroma and reduced bitterness. This pack contains two 17.6-ounce bags, offering extended supply for daily brewing at home or in small offices. The profile is intended for drinkers who favor a classic, full-flavored coffee without harsh aftertastes.

How does Dallmayr Prodomo taste and smell?

The cup presents a medium-to-full body with a rounded aroma and a clean finish. Acidity is moderate, supporting a pleasant brightness without sharpness, and the aftertaste stays smooth rather than astringent.

• Flavor notes: mild chocolate, toasted nuts, subtle floral hints
• Aroma: warm, inviting with a balanced roast character
• Body: medium to full, with a lingering but gentle finish

What makes the beans and processing special?

Dallmayr selects high-altitude Arabica beans from reputable growing regions to build the Prodomo blend. The brand uses a refining approach designed to minimize irritants and excessive bitterness while retaining caffeine and flavor integrity.

• Bean type: 100% Arabica highland coffees
• Refinement: processed to reduce bitter compounds and rough notes
• Roast style: even roast aimed at balanced flavor and aroma

How should I brew this ground coffee for best results?

This ground coffee adapts well to common household methods: filter drip, pour-over, and French press all produce very pleasant cups. Use clean, filtered water, and adjust grind-to-water ratio to taste—slightly coarser for French press, medium for drip machines.

• Suggested ratio: 1 to 2 tablespoons coffee per 6 ounces of water
• Brewing temperatures: 195–205°F (just off boiling)
• Storage tip: keep in a cool, dry place in an airtight container after opening

Is this coffee suitable for everyday drinking or special occasions?

Dallmayr Prodomo is versatile enough for daily enjoyment yet refined enough for moments when you want a reliably high-quality cup. Its balanced profile makes it a good match for milk-based drinks as well as black coffee sipping.

• Daily use: consistent flavor for morning routines
• Milk-based drinks: holds up under milk for lattes and cappuccinos
• Entertaining: familiar, approachable profile for guests

Who is this for? This two-pack of 17.6-ounce Dallmayr Prodomo Ground Coffee is aimed at coffee lovers who appreciate a classic German-roasted Arabica blend: people who want a dependable, full-flavored cup without sharp bitterness.
