Bones Coffee Company Decaf S'morey Time Whole Bean Coffee 12 oz — Medium Roast, Low-Acid S'mores Flavor

This small-batch decaf roast blends ethically sourced Brazilian Arabica beans with signature s'mores-inspired flavorings for a low-acid, smooth cup without the caffeine. The beans are artisan-roasted to medium, then infused with chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker notes to create a dessert-like coffee that works from auto-drip brewers to French press. Packaged in a resealable 12 oz bag, the whole beans preserve aroma and freshness until you grind for your preferred brew method.

What does the flavor profile taste like and how intense is it?

The flavor sings of classic s'mores: a gentle chocolate backbone, warm toasted marshmallow sweetness, and a subtle graham cracker finish. Because these are medium-roast Arabica beans with flavored infusion, the sweetness and dessert notes are noticeable but balanced, not overpowering the coffee base. Low acidity keeps the cup smooth and easy to drink.

• Primary notes: milk chocolate and toasted marshmallow
• Supporting note: light graham cracker sweetness
• Roast level: medium for balanced body and aroma
• Mouthfeel: smooth, low-acid cup suitable for sensitive palates

How should I brew Decaf S'morey Time to get the best results?

This coffee is versatile: use auto-drip grounds for convenience, or grind whole beans coarser for French press and medium-fine for pour-over. For the most vivid flavored notes, brew fresh and avoid over-extraction—shorter contact time highlights the marshmallow and chocolate top notes. Reseal the bag after each use to retain aromatics.

• Auto-drip: use pre-ground bag for consistent extraction
• French press: coarse grind, steep 4 minutes, then press
• Pour-over: medium grind and steady pour for clarity
• Cold brew: coarse grind, 12–18 hour steep to mellow sweetness

Is this coffee decaffeinated and suitable for dietary needs?

Yes — the S'morey Time blend is decaffeinated, offering the flavor of a dessert coffee without caffeine. The blend contains no dairy, sugar, or added carbs, making it suitable for vegan and keto-friendly diets. As always, check ingredient lists if you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies to flavoring agents.
